Hi! I am Emily Tiritilli...
I am a young pastry chef with plenty of experience under my belt! I have previously owned my own cupcake business, I guess you could say this is the 2.0 version of that! I have been an apprentice and intern at local bakeries, worked in a cookie store, and am ServSafe certified. I graduated from Saint Paul College with a certificate in pastry and baking in Spring of 2021.
Baking has been a tremendous part of my whole life. I have grown up baking with my mom and it turned into a true passion of mine. Throughout my years baking I have grown and done things that have exceeded my own expectations. I keep growing and learning things every day!
In my free time, I like to spend my time with my dachshund puppy, baking bread, and playing music. I also love to spend my time outdoors, going for walks, playing games, and growing my faith.
